קניתי דירה לפני שנה וחלק ממנה עדיין בהלוואת גישור וגם את השאר אני רוצה למחזר , האם אהיה זכאי עליה ל50% או 75%?

יש לי 300000 במשכנתא רגילה ועוד 280000 בגישור מהמכירה של הדירה הקודמת,
והדירה שווה יותר ממיליון וחצי אז מגיע 50%?
